For a proper registration process, please follow each of the steps below.

1. Download your Camper's two-page Registration Form for convenient mail-in.
2. Complete the two pages in their entirety.
3. Put the most recent copy of your camper's immunization record.
4. Attach the non-refundable $35 Registration Fee per camper.
5. Enclose the tuition for the first week your child will attend
6. mail the form to:

Your registration will not be processed if:

• the information is incomplete
• there is no registration fee
• there is no immunization record
• the first tuition payment is not included with the registration form.

Note that the days for attendace have the options of 3 or 5 days only. Please indicate which option by circling it on the registration form.

Medical Examinations

Medical examinations are not required. However, the medical form, completed and signed by a parent or guardian, must be submitted to the camp along with your child's registration. Please be sure to note any allergies. All medications-presctiptions and otherwise-must be in their original containers and accompanied by a physician's note, and a note of authorization from the parent. Medicines should be left in the camp office at check-in time. PLEASE do not send them in with your child.
