Learning Center Tuition

Tuition is to be paid on the 15th of each month, beginning in August and ending in May.

Tuition may be paid by cash, or electronically by check, or by credit/debit card (AMEX excluded). The fees are as follows:

REGISTRATION FEE IS DUE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION, ALL OTHER FEES ARE DUE BY ORIENTATION DAY (August, 2012)…ALL FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

New Student registration fee…$100.00 (non-refundable)
Re-registration fee………………… $35.00 (non-refundable)

Tuition fees are paid in 10 (ten) installments from August, 2012 thru May 2013.

PRE-SCHOOL TUITION

Two days a week:($75.00 per week) but billed monthly at $300.00 per installment.

Three days a week:($110.00 per week) but billed monthly at $440.00 per installment.

4 DAYS PER WEEK: ($150.00 per week) but billed monthly at $600.00 per installment

Five days a week: (175.00 per week) but billed monthly at $700.00 per installment.

FULL DAY KINDERGARTEN and "YEAR TO GROW" TUITION

$425.00 per installment.

AFTER-SCHOOL CARE: $8.00 until 4 PM and $16.00 until 6 PM

SIBLING DISCOUNT AVAILABLE

Parents are responsible to pay for the amount of days their child is registered, regardless of whether or not your child attends on those days. In order to insure appropriate class size, make-up days are not permitted at Camp Auxilium except in the case of illness. Should a prolonged illness (a two week period or longer) occur, payment is waived; however, a physician’s note is required.

Billing Service - $30.00 per family per year
Curriculum(books and printed materials)- $ 55.00 per child
Health - $35.00 per family (help provide a full-time nurse)
Supplies - $25.00 per child
Bounced Check - $20.00

ADMISSION POLICY
The following are the requirements for admission of a child into Camp Auxilium Center:

Minimum age 3 years old (by October 1, 2012)
Fully potty-trained
Basic overall motor skills and physical coordination readiness
Ability and willingness to follow simple directions
Signed Parent Handbook acceptance of school policies and a willingness to collaborate actively with the school during the child’s educational process.
Health history information, including ALL IMMUNIZATIONS RECEIVED and a physical examination done within 6 months prior to admission (no physicals should be done before April, 2012). All Health records must be in the school’s possession on Orientation Day, August, 2012 in order for your child to begin school on Wednesday, September 1, 2012.

Preference is accorded to children who have siblings already attending Camp Auxilium Learning Center. All other applications are subject to place availability within the recommended class size limits. The Administration reserves the right to withhold admission from children who demonstrate a lack of readiness to adjust to the school environment, to group interaction, or to any of the above-mentioned requirements.
