Tuition and Fees

Tuition is to be paid at the School Office on first of each month, prior to your child’s attendance..  Tuition may be paid by cash, or electronically by check, or by credit/debit card.  Electronically is the preferred method. A late fee of $25 is added to payments made after the 10th of the month. The fees are as follows:

  • New Student registration fee…………………$100.00  (non-refundable)
  • Re-registration fee…………………………… $35.00 (non-refundable)
  • Kindergarten tuition…………………………$390.00 (monthly, for ten (10) months due for the year - $3,900.00).
  • Preschool tuition……………………………   $70.00  (2 days)
              • $105 .00 (3 days)
              • $120.00 (4 days)
              • $150.00 (5 days)
  • After-School care……………………………  $5.00 until 4 PM    $10.00 until 6 PM
                                    *** Particular tuition needs are dealt with on an individual basis **

Parents are responsible to pay for the amount of days their child is registered for, regardless of whether or not your child attends on those days.   In order to insure appropriate class size, make-up days are not permitted at Camp Auxilium.  Should a prolonged illness (i.e. a two week period or longer) occur, payment is waived; however, a physician’s note is required. You are required to pay for the first ten (10) snowdays, after that, they are gratis.

ADMISSION POLICY
The following are the requirements for admission of a child into Camp Auxilium Center:

  • Minimum age 3 years old (by October 1, 2008)
  • Fully potty-trained
  • Basic overall motor skills and physical coordination readiness
  • Ability and willingness to follow simple directions
  • Parental acceptance of school policies and a willingness to collaborate  actively with the school during the child’s educational process
  • Health history information, including ALL IMMUNIZATIONS RECEIVED and a physical examination done within 6 months prior to admission (no physicals should be done before March, 2008).  All Health records must be in the school’s possession on Orientation Day, August, 2008 in order for your child to begin school on Wednesday, September 5, 2008.

Preference is accorded to children who have siblings already attending Camp Auxilium Learning Center. 
All other applications are subject to place availability within the recommended class size limits.

The Administration reserves the right to withhold admission from children who demonstrate a lack of readiness to adjust to the school environment, to group interaction, or to any of the above-mentioned requirements.
SUPPLIES
Camp Auxilium Learning Center provides the students with the educational materials and supplies needed for the school year.  A modest fee ($55.00 per child) is established yearly to help defray the cost of such materials.

Your payment is posted immediately to your account with an online confirmation. 
You also have the option to sign up for a weekly automatic withdrawal through ACH.  Payments may still be made directly to the camp which will be posted to your account electronically.
